RODCO Steel Announces $9.5 Million Investment 

MISSION, TX – RODCO Steel Industries broke ground on the new RODCO Industrial Center II on April 18, 2023. 

The national steel distributor and manufacturer announced it is building more than 100,000 square feet of new industrial space in Mission. 

The new site will be the second Mission location for the company, which initially relocated to the city in 2017.  

RODCO will build two facilities in its newest location: a new manufacturing plant that will produce metal doors and a state-of-the-art facility that will offer warehouse and industrial office space for lease. 

The site is located west of the intersection of Conway Avenue and eastbound Frontage Road. 

RODCO owners also announced during the groundbreaking ceremony that a new Harbor Freight store will be built next to the Industrial Center II.  

In total, the company is investing $9.5 million in Mission.
